Experience needed for this position (number of years, types on industries, etc): <br>
-3-5 years experience in the field of wastewater, water, industrial waste treatment or incineration preferred. <br>
-Background in plant operations, equipment/construction design, maintenance and/or construction management a plus. <br>

We are currently seeking a mechanical designer/drafter that meets the following criteria. <br>
<br>
Duties and Responsibilities: <br>
<br>
 Assist Engineering Department with 3D and 2D documentation with SolidWorks modeling software. Work on all related documentation like ECR and ECOs. Assist in supporting SolidWorks PDM library. <br>
<br>
 Must be familiar with configurations, creating assemblies, exploded views, creating drawings and standard drafting techniques using SolidWorks. <br>
<br>
 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing of castings, heavy machined parts and sheet metal drafting experience is preferred. <br>
<br>
 Previous DOD experience is preferred. <br>
<br>
 Must have a team oriented attitude and demonstrate positive behavior in performing duties. <br>
<br>
<br>
Minimum Qualifications: <br>
<br>
 Minimum 3 years drafting experience with SolidWorks. <br>
<br>
 Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. <br>
<br>
 Stable work history with the proven ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. <br>
<br>
 Must pass drug test and background check. <br>

<description><![CDATA[We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who has experience with GD&T.  They will Design and implement product improvement, cost reduction, new product development and product issue resolution efforts for Electro-Mechanical Products. Maintain engineering documentation relative to a product and administer changes to the documentation.  <br>
* Generate, initiate and complete new product, product improvement and cost reduction ideas based on Market needs. <br>
* Initiate and complete Engineering Change Requests and Product Change Proposals <br>
* Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Solid Works. <br>
* Review design related customer complaints and identify ways to eliminate quality issues. <br>
* Visit customer and job sites to learn end users and other customers needs and also help to resolve product problems when needed. <br>
Requirements: <br>
* BSME or higher <br>
* Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a product development environment.<br>
 * Knowledge of 3D CAD, SolidWorks preferred <br>
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems with an understanding of fits, clearances and tolerances. <br>
* Requires occasional travel<br>
