I just moved back to town from a real city where they have actual public transportation, and thus a car was not a necessity. Sadly I am now without transportation as I return to the ninth ring of hell, a.k.a. Connecticut ;-) (j/k). I really hate how piss poor the transit system is here, though.

I really want to attend this big Halloween party some friends are having at the Webster in Hartford on the 31st. It starts at 9, so I'd like to be there sometime in the evening. I can chip in for gas, of course (as much as $20), and will only need a one-way trip. Once I'm there I can hitch a ride home with some of my old friends, I just don't have everyone's numbers anymore in order to set up the travel to the event.

I live in Guilford, but will be in New Haven in the early part of the evening and can meet the generous, gracious, fabulous angel who extends the kindest offer to allow me to sit quietly in their car while we fly up I91 to downtown Hartford, at the location of their choosing. Basically, I can meet you anywhere around the New Hay Hay area.

About me: female, late 20's, friendly and funny, smart, polite and non-judgmental. I'm one of those people who knows a little about alot of various topics, so I can also engage in interesting and light-hearted conversation if you would like the entertainment for the half hour drive; or I can sit quietly and not bother you. Either of which is fine by me :D
