The rental amount listed above only covers the base rent. An additional $200 per month will be required to cover use of electricity, heat, water, on-site laundry facilities, wireless internet, and cable television (basic cable hook-up in your room, basic cable available on tv in the basement, and access to digital cable with HBO & On Demand in the living room). If the cost of these services changes significantly once you have moved in, we will renegotiate this fee after two months.

The room you will be renting is the master bedroom, which has two closets. A full size bed (with or without linens) can be provided for your bedroom if desired (for an extra $20 a month). All shared living spaces are fully furnished. However there is some additional storage space available in the basement and in the attic. There is plenty of street parking and/or space to fit your car in the driveway (however cars have to be parked one in front of the other).

Non-smokers only due to my homeowner's insurance policy.

I am willing to rent short term (minimum of two months) or long term as long as you can provide me with 30 days written notice before you intend to move out. In addition, I require first and last month's rent +additional monthly fees up front (in lieu of a security deposit).
