The location is excellent -- it's a really nice section of East Rock along State Street. Nearby you can find wonderful restaurants, bars, gourmet delis, and other shopping. Every Saturday, there is a farmer's market literally in the parking lot of the apartment building itself.

Very accessible to Yale. You can easily walk to campus or use convenient public transportation.

Parking is available, cats are welcome, and utility bills are low.

The apartment itself is spacious. There is plenty of counter space and storage in the kitchen. The living area is large -- plenty of room to establish a dining and/or office area along with a living space. The bedroom is separated by a long, narrow hallway. The bedroom is large, plenty of room for a bed of any size and copious amounts of bedroom and/or office furniture.
