Master BR available now for a female roommate in my 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom ranch house. A full size bed can be provided, if desired (for a modest rental fee $20/month, which includes linens if you need them). All shared living spaces are fully furnished; however, there is some additional storage space available in the basement and in the attic. There is plenty of street parking and space to fit your car in the driveway if it snows.

Non-smokers only, due to my homeowner’s insurance policy. I own two well-behaved indoor cats. However, I will consider allowing your pet to live here under certain conditions, which we can discuss further if you are interested.

Rent is $650 a month and includes on-site laundry facilities (no coins needed), wireless internet, cable television, electricity, and garbage removal.

The only bill that you will need to worry about splitting is the oil bill (for heat and hot water). The following is a list of the dates and amounts of oil bills I have received in the past year: October '08 = $559.40; December '08 = $339.53; February '09 = $360.43; March '09 = $307.95; September '09 = $499.35. Since this bill does not come at a fixed schedule or a fixed rate, I recognize that it can be difficult to budget for. Consequently, I would be willing to accept a flat rate of $750 a month to cover the oil bill as well as the other services I listed previously (as long as the cost/frequency of oil bills does not increase greatly once you move in).

I am willing to rent short term (minimum of 2 months) or long term as long as you can provide me with 30 days written notice before you intend to move out. I require first and last month's rent up front (in lieu of a security deposit).

Additional pictures available upon request.
