I am looking to sublet my 2 bedroom apartment. It is the upper unit of a two family house. I live with another female who is 24 years old. She is extremely nice and friendly. The utilities are split between the both of us. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment and storage in the finished attic. The lease is up in April 2010. There is also off street parking in the back of the yard. The apartment is also pet friendly (cats and dogs) Please email me if interested.
