I have a small taping job that is needed to be done. Half of the job is in a garage where 2 coats would probably suffice. This is only 9 sheets of drywall on the walls with only 2 inside corners. The second half of the job is a slanted ceiling that goes from approx 9 feet to 12 feet. It is approx 20 feet by 15 feet (300 sq. ft.) or about 10 sheets and would probably require 3 coats. We have scaffolding in the room and supply all materials and tools or you could bring you own tools. This job would need to be done next week (November 9th to 13th). Simple Security System Repair (Wallingford)

Mule security system installed in my home 5-7 years ago.
8 Zone system with magnetic sensors on widows, pressure sensors on doors, and motion sensors throughout.
Zone 4 (Basement door and windows) has stopped responding; it shows a continually open sensor(s).
Zone 4 includes a ball style pressure sensor on a steel basement door, and 3 magnetic window sensors.

I have already removed the door sensor and twisted the wires together. I have also done the same with a single window of the 3 with no luck.
Not sure exactly how these systems are wired, but it doesn't seem that it is the sensors... possibly short or cut in the wires somewhere.
Half of basement has hung cieling, the other half is regular sheetrock.

Looking for an experienced security technician who can troubleshoot and diagnose the problem.
Also possibly interested in upgrading the motion sensors to include a few more.

Looking to spend $50 to fix the current issue. Should take less than an hour to diagnose and fix the problem if it is something simple. If parts are required i can order them and install myself.
