Our client is looking for a Web Developer to design, develop and implement software applications for the company web site.

Essential Functions:
• Develop small to medium size projects with full life cycle software development following Agile methodology and Test driven Model.
• Strong technical expertise in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and JMS
• Extensive experience using MVC frameworks (Struts, Spring) and ORM technologies (Hibernate, JPA)
• Experience in various UI technologies like HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java Script, and AJAX
• Proficiency in SQL and stored procedures
• Experience with web services using JAXP, JAXB and JAX-RPC
• Well versed in Application and Web Servers like Weblogic and GlassFish on Windows platforms
• Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code
• Support for GlassFish cluster environment for Production and Test

Essential Requirements/Preferred Skills:
• Involved throughout full development of software development life cycle
• Provide excellent solutions and service to end business users
• Creativity, attention to detail, problem solving, and time management
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills and a high degree of self-motivation
• Ability to create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the organization
• Ability to effectively establish priorities and develop objectives, goals and action plans to meet and exceed customer expectations within a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer focus
• 4 plus years experience in IT field required

Education Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science
