Looking for an experienced book keeper to keep us organized. Some of your duties would be to pay invoices, track receipts, payroll, file, reconcile etc. Must already know Quick books very well, Excel and be super neat and organized. Once you are trained and can handle the responsibilities on your own, the position is 3-4 hours per week. We are VERY flexible on what day(s) and times you would work. Yes- you can work weekends or nights if that is best for you. Book keeping position is in house and not able to be done remotely.
