Vintage Penn Central Railroad first aid kit from the late 1960s–1970s. This is an original railroad-issued emergency kit likely used by Penn Central employees, and it still includes the complete sealed contents:

Includes:
• First Aid Packet “A” – compress bandage, triangular bandage, safety pins
• First Aid Packet “B” – merthiolate swab + adhesive bandages
• Penn Central–stamped bandage packets
• All packets still sealed in original plastic

The outer box shows some wear from age but is intact, with all graphics and instructions readable. A great piece for railroad collectors, industrial memorabilia fans, or vintage medical kit collectors.
