Victorian figural silver plate napkin ring by Southington Cutlery Company with a little girl with long braid down her back. Maker's mark at the underside says “Southington C. Co. Quadruple Plate.” The girl figure is approximately 3 ¼” tall. Have not tried to clean it or remove any of the patina.
