This position will serve as an interaction point/extension between a New Haven entrepreneur and several projects/business ventures.
Responsibilities and daily tasks/projects include but are not limited to:
o Schedule Management:
o Dashboard management - track two-way reporting
o Business development - list generation, analysis, etc.
o Lender/Stakeholder management
o Creating, editing, and maintaining documents in MS Office Suite
o E-mail/scanning documents as needed
o Personal Assistance
o Errands as needed
o Health & Wellness
o Highly organized and detail oriented
o Proactive/Self-starter - able to work with little to no direction, but also be able to take feedback and direction well.
o Ability to work with sensitive information and wiling to sign an NDA
o Communicate effectively in person and in writing
o Enjoy project based work and one-off tasks
o Dynamic, friendly, enthusiastic
o Impeccable (professional) presentation
o Comfortable working in home, office, and mobile settings
o Must be willing to consider flexible hours and potentially an outcome basis for task completion as opposed to a purely schedule based approach
The ideal candidate for this position is a recent college graduate with a desire to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship. They must be able to create consistency and organization, as well as work alongside parties from varying backgrounds and those with some idiosyncrasies. They must possess a valid drivers license, be able to lift 40+ pounds, sit or stand for extended periods of time, have a reliable mode of transportation, a cell phone to be easily contactable, and live within 15 minutes of downtown New Haven.
