Vintage, handmade in Mexico, circle skirt by Polly Rodriguez. Vivid colors embroidered on black background.
The material is most likely 100% cotton but there is no fabric content tag.
The waist measures 28" and the length is 34" from the top of the waistband. There is a side zipper closure and one pocket in the opposite seam. It's a very full circle at the bottom.
This skirt is in excellent condition and has been dry cleaned. Smoke free home.
