We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
Managing daily restaurant operations
Hiring, training, and supervising staff
Ensuring excellent customer service
Scheduling and managing labor costs
Overseeing inventory and ordering
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Helping drive sales and create a positive work environment.

Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Wednesday- Sunday.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
