HomePal Exterior Cleaning is a fast-growing, locally-owned service company in Guilford. We are looking for Field Marketing Specialists to handle the deployment of our physical marketing assets across the Shoreline (Guilford, Branford, Madison). This is a high-autonomy, tech-enabled contract role perfect for experienced gig workers (Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex) who want to earn a high effective hourly rate on their own schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing:
App-Based Dispatch: You will use the Tookan app to claim routes.
Navigation: Follow 10-stop "Legs" via Google Maps to specific high-traffic intersections.
Deployment: Place lawn signs and stakes quickly and accurately.
Verification: Use the TimeMark app to snap GPS-verified, anti-tamper photos of each placement to trigger payment.
What We’re Looking For:
Gig Experience: Previous experience with route-based apps is a massive plus.
Efficiency: We pay per successful deployment. The faster and more accurate you are, the more you make.
Reliability: You need a reliable vehicle and a smartphone with a good camera.
Attention to Detail: You must be able to follow specific placement instructions to ensure signs are visible to traffic.
Compensation:
$2.00 per sign/stake successfully deployed and verified.
Most routes are 40-60 signs ($80-120) and take approximately 2-3 hours for experienced runners.
Performance-based pay means no ceiling on your earnings.
