Helper or Handy man needed

Seeking an experienced handyman for residential properties. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in, but not limited to, apartment renovations, general maintenance and repairs, basic plumbing and electrical work, tiling, cabinet installation, painting and plastering, drywall installation and repair, and general carpentry. 203-206-7712

If you have no experience and willing to learn that is okay as well.

This is not a fully time job or something if you all ready have a company. This is ideally for someone looking to make some extra money. There will always be work though depending on your skill level.

I can do all jobs listed above myself so that is not the issue. The issue is efficiency, If I have someone that can work well alone or want to learn and is reliable I can get more work done. Ideally i would want someone that has their own tools and is knowledgeable but I have all tools and equipment needed all ready.

Please be honest about what you can and can not do. If you have no idea what you are doing I will know.
