This is a great position for someone interested in learning about real estate, entrepreneurship and the general business world, or someone looking to make valuable business and real estate contacts in the New Haven area. Daily tasks will depend on upcoming scheduled events and projects, so every day will be different.

This role will include both business and personal assistance responsibilities, including: schedule management/prioritization, two-way report tracking, list generation and analysis, stakeholder management, purchasing, health & wellness management, and other errands as needed.

An ideal candidate for this position is a recent college graduate with a desire to learn the ins and outs of entrepreneurship and will possess the following skills: ability to create consistency, highly organized, detail oriented, assertive, proactive, self-starter, excellent communicator, resilient, dynamic, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and flexible. If you're good at shopping and/or have a Spanish language proficiency, that is a plus.

Must possess a valid drivers license, be able to lift 40+ pounds, sit or stand for extended periods of time, have a reliable mode of transportation, be proficient with technology, and live within 15 minutes of downtown New Haven.
