Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing company and work throughout our Bridgeport Portfolio at our Bridgeport and West Haven Properties.

Oversee the overall financial and operational performance of the portfolio.
Prepare monthly variance reports
Responsible for the marketing activities of the property to ensure budgeted occupancy goals.
Identify and coordinate with the maintenance manager, the maintenance schedule and prioritize projects within budget limits.
Ensures both interiors and exteriors of property are properly maintained
Ensures the property's move in, move out, and renewals are timely and accurate
Hire, manage, and develop staff.
Process and deposit of resident rents and fees
Prepare and process property invoices
Show and lease apartments to potential residents and completes applications and lease documents for move in.
Must be knowledgeable of current market conditions and trends.
Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program
Responsible for the renewal process and meet renewal quotas
Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints with a high degree of customer service
Ability to assist sister communities as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint). Rent Manager soft-ware experience a plus. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Qualification, Experience: BA/BS, preferred with strong 1 to 2 years experience in the hospitality, property management, and/or sales industry.
