What you are getting Private bedroom, common rooms with two other housemates. We are all very quiet, one of the guys is working in construction and I am in retail management. House is even aged but in excellent condition. There is in-driveway parking.
The money part $600/month flat.
The utilities are not billed, but are affordable - typically between 35-45 dollars per capita in electric, heating and internet package. Thus it will be 735-745 all inclusive per month.
What is great about this neighborhood close to the bus depot, 10 minutes to I-95, close to Fairfield University and downtown. Numerous corner stores and eateries in the neighborhood.
What I require One who is working, mature and respectful. References required. No pets unfortunately. Would rather be a non-smoker but able to smoke outside.
