Where: Bradley Street (close to SOM and downtown). 3rd (highest) floor of a three-party house (great house community, private landlord is very sweet). Has a rather abandoned backyard.
What: Big 2 bedroom (1 room used as home office/ living room,) apartment, all rooms have separate entrances from the hallway. Private staircase from 2nd floor. Plenty of sunlight -- morning sun in the bedroom, afternoon sun in the living room. Very quite, hardwood floors. Comes with 2 ACs, so it stays cool in summer (the bedroom is the coolest place in the apartment and I was able to keep sleeping in my down duvet last summer without AC)
Amenities: Fully furnished. Bedroom with queen-size bed (firm), inbuilt wardrobe. Kitchen incl, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, etc. 2 Bedroom as home-office setup (stays) with large couch (perfect to sleep on). Bathroom with big tub and small washing machine (no dryer).
