I own a couple of restaurants in downtown New Haven and am looking to change the concept in one of my locations. The location is in a great location in the heart of Yale. I am looking to partner with someone that has a great idea to open something new and exciting. The space is very small and only takeout, and there is very limited cooking allowed. I have been in that location for over 10 years and have a great relationship with the owner.
My current concept is profitable but I have 2 locations in downtown and think it would be more lucrative to open a new concept in this space. I would consider selling the space but would rather work with someone that has a great idea and a lot of energy to create a new hot concept
