This is a fully functional, "battle ready", bastard sword by Valiant Armory. It's the VA-120SE "Savoy" sword with ox-blood scabbard. Great shape and basically new. Minor scratch on the scabbard and I also have the belt that came with it (not pictured). I bought it for $440, it's in like-new condition and am asking $200.
