Entire American Flyer (original Gilbert) collection (190+ pieces) (North Haven, CT)

I have catalogued the entire collection (Google Sheet) and taken pictures of each piece (Google Photos album) and will share the links with you if you're interested in the entire collection. It's boxed away carefully in a climate controlled environment so I can't have you just stop by to take look -- I am interested in serious buyers only that can put forth an offer based on the pictures and inventory sheet. I'll gladly allow you to spend a day in my dining room inspecting each piece once we're on the same page about the value of the collection.
There are 30+ locomotives (diesel and steam), 30 passenger cars, 18 accessories, and the rest is rolling stock. I also have a large assortment of original parts from the factory, unused. And lastly, there are 4 or 5 Erector sets (not organized into their proper sets).
