GENERAL MANAGER – MULTI-UNIT HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS

SERG Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to oversee operations across multiple premier restaurant concepts, including South End and Uncorked locations throughout Connecticut.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations for multiple restaurant locations
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and staff
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence
Maintain high standards for guest service, food quality, and hospitality
Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and budgets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Collaborate with ownership and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven success managing high-volume hospitality operations
Experience with upscale casual dining and wine-focused concepts preferred
Ability to motivate teams and create a positive culture
Financial acumen and strong operational knowledge
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
