Luke Brasserie, an upscale restaurant in New Haven, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.
This role is ideal for a skilled, dependable professional who thrives in a structured kitchen and is committed to consistency, teamwork, and execution. The Sous Chef will work directly with and support the Executive Chef/Owner, gaining hands-on leadership experience in daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef/Owner in daily kitchen operations
- Lead and supervise line cooks during service
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and timing
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Assist with prep, ordering, and station setup as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sous chef or strong lead line cook experience
- Ability to lead calmly during high-volume service
- Reliability, accountability, and professionalism are essential
- Strong communication and team-first mindset
