One is an antique chair where you sit catty-corner to the square, super comfortable, and definitely a conversation piece. Leather seat. It is in excellent condition. $40.
The second chair is a office chair that we bought a year ago for about $200. Also very comfortable, and it both swivels and rolls.
I am moving and have no room for these... my loss your gain, both of these are incredible bargains!
