Went and purchased a Rize Home - EZ Foundation assemble-able box spring because I thought my existing one had failed and, while opening the box, came to realize that the existing box spring was the exact same type, just mistakenly turned upside down. *smacks forehead*.

Bought for ~$300, but store doesn't accept returns once items leave the premises, so posting here - easy assembly, new, just with an open box.
