Wisteria can be grown as a vine, a tree, or a shrub. Containerized, or allowed to vine along a fence, wall, arbor, or trellis. It can also be trained as a free standing tree (long-term project!).
It is a rapid growing vine that produces beautiful, fragrant, (grape like) clusters of violet-blue flowers in early-mid spring.
Potted vines - $15
Smaller seedlings - $5
The seeds are easy to germinate and are from local (CT) plants.
Be Aware - Wisteria is considered/can be invasive - plant only where you can be in complete control.
