Custodial Position – 2hrs a day Mon thru Friday 4am to 6am (Some days may require more hours)

Duties:
• Vacuuming floors, sweeping and mopping
• Sanitizing restroom facilities- Wiping down toilet, sink and shower, mirrors
Dispensers – re-filling paper towel and toilet paper, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collecting trash from offices and vacuuming carpet as needed
• Cleaning glass on doors of office and outside office walls as needed
• Cleaning glass at entrance to building as needed
• Cleaning stairwells 2x a week and checking them everyday
• Making sure all trash has been removed from the building and taken outside to the dumpster.
• Cleaning laundry room areas wiping down counters, washer and dryer removing lint from lint tray.
This job would be mainly sanitizing and wiping down hard surfaces and periodically assisting the floor guy with floors or vacuuming carpets.
