About the Opportunity:
We are seeking reliable Independent Contractors (1099) to complete daily package delivery routes. This is a contract position — drivers are responsible for providing their own vehicle, fuel, and insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up packages from the warehouse and deliver to residential and business addresses.
- Follow an optimized route using GPS and/or delivery app.
- Ensure packages are delivered on time and handled with care (up to 50 lbs very rare).
- Communicate promptly if there are delivery issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle (cargo van, sprinter, SUV, or pickup preferred but you can work with any car).
- Smartphone with GPS and ability to use delivery apps.
- Speak a little bit of English at the least
- Previous delivery experience preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Pay: $2 per package (make $200-$500+ a day)
- 2 weeks in the hole then Weekly payouts via paper check.
Contractor Notes:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position — not employment.
- Contractors are responsible for their own expenses (fuel, maintenance, insurance, taxes).
- Schedule flexibility, but must be dependable once route is accepted.
