Job Summary: We are looking for dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team on 2nd and 3rd shift. In this role, you will operate machines and equipment to produce quality parts safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently
Set up machines and make adjustments as needed
Monitor machine performance and report issues or needed repairs
Maintain production and quality standards
Safely move materials and parts throughout the work area
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Work with team members to meet production goals
Requirements
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently on 2nd or 3rd shift
