Friendly open-minded housemate wanted to share my 4 bedroom house in Milford, four blocks from the beach. The house is a split level ranch, about 2200 sq. ft. The three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room are upstairs. Your room is fully furnished (is the Master bedroom with private bathroom) and has a TV. Utilities and WIFI are included with the rent. Laundry on-site. There is an aerial yoga hammock hanging in the living room and you are welcome to use it (it's a great stretch on the back, hip and legs). The lower level is my private space. You’ll be sharing my house with 3 mature women We are all open hearted and minded. I am looking for a responsible, tidy, easy going friendly housemate who has lived with people before and likes living with other people. I’m pleasant in the morning and the evening and so are my housemates.

I have three cats. Sorry, no more pets.

The house has central heat/AC, gas stove, city water and internet (fireplace upstairs). It has lots of natural light. Vinyl floors throughout. Safe quiet neighborhood (near Windemere beach). On street parking. It is 1 mile from the Audubon Society / Housatonic River.

Your cost: $1,200/month which includes utilities (month to month lease) plus $1200 security deposit needed to move-in. Storage for your bicycle in the shed. Move in date: February 1st 2026 or later.
