Roomshare available in a large house with roommates. Current roommates are working professionals ages 27-35 years old, mix of men and women. We're looking for a single person to replace our roommate who has recently moved out. Must be LGBT friendly and okay living with large dogs. We don't party and we like to keep a calm and quiet house, with no drama. We're looking for someone to keep this dynamic going who openly communicates and can live communally with other adults. The house is in West Haven - about 5 minute drive from Yale's West Campus and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The room is quite large and easily fits a king sized bed and a desk. Rent is 800$, so is the deposit. All utilities/wifi is included (we don't have cable). Please text with some info about yourself - we do ask you to provide references.
