Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage project operations and ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with Partner Crews and assign labor for projects.
Schedule customer appointments and confirm project start dates.
Order materials for project initiation and manage the Project Management Board to ensure accurate assignments and timelines.
Review and audit incoming projects for readiness.
Oversee job site issues and coordinate weekly material returns.
Manage the Client Pre-Scheduling Board and respond to client inquiries.
Audit subcontractor payouts for accuracy and administer change order programs.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
