Full-stack AI transition lead. This role replaces an entire team.

We have a high ticket ECOM brand undergoing a full transformation — new brand identity, new positioning, new operating model. We're rebuilding the entire company around AI. The person we hire will implement AI systems that replace our current team of employees, contractors, and agencies across every business function.

WHAT YOU'RE WALKING INTO

Currently, We operate with:
• 5 full-time/part-time employees across CX, ops, retention marketing, tech, and affiliate
• 4 agencies handling paid ads, SEO, Amazon, and web development
• 4 contractors handling video, design, finance, and creative
Your job is to replace all of it with AI — thoughtfully, systematically, and within 90 days. A Master dashboard needs to be created to monitor all this, and everything should run better than before this big transition.

→ Social media content — 5 posts/day, automated via Claude + Buffer AI
→ Affiliate and partner program — replace affiliate manager using Impact + Apollo
→ CRO and landing page testing — replace manually using VWO AI
→ Marketing analytics and reporting — replace using Triple Whale
CREATIVE
→ Copywriting — all ad copy, email, web, product pages via Claude
→ Graphic design and image ads — replace design contractor using Midjourney + Canva AI
→ Video production and editing — replace video contractor using HeyGen + Runway + CapCut AI
→ Photography — replace photo shoots using Midjourney + Pebblely AI
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
→ Inbound email, SMS, and chat — replace CX manager using Gorgias AI (targets 85% auto-resolution)
→ Warranty and FedEx claims — automate using Make.com workflows
→ Customer retention flows — automate using Klaviyo AI

→ Project management — replace ops director using Linear + Claude

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE
───────────────────────────
Non-negotiable:
• You have built and operated Make.com or Zapier automations in production. Not played with them — built systems that run businesses.
• You are fluent in Claude or ChatGPT at a prompt engineering level. You can get publish-ready output, not first drafts that need heavy editing.
• You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo — flows, segments, deliverability, revenue attribution.
• You have run or managed Meta and/or Google ad accounts at meaningful spend
• You understand DTC unit economics. CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and ROAS are how you think, not just terms you know.
• You have managed or implemented AI tools to replace human workflows — not just assisted them.
Strong bonus:
• Shopify development or Cursor AI experience
• Amazon Seller Central / Helium 10 experience
• Gorgias or similar AI CX platform experience
• Experience transitioning a team or agency to an AI-first model

YOUR 90-DAY MANDATE

Days 1–30: Replace all agencies and contractors. Zero HR complexity — these are clean cuts. Get the AI stack live for SEO, ads, design, video, and finance reporting.
Days 31–60: Transition internal team functions. Work with the CEO on humane, legal, and clean offboarding. Build the AI systems that replace each role before the person leaves.
Days 61–90: Full AI operating model live. Weekly reporting to CEO. Every function running autonomously. You become the operator who keeps it all running.
By day 90: This company runs on you + AI + the CEO's strategic oversight.

$6,000–$8,000/month depending on experience
