We are seeking a reliable, organized and professional office assistant to join our plumbing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume calls and assist with various office management tasks.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound high-volume calls, providing excellent customer service and managing inquiries.
Manage appointment scheduling for staff and clients, ensuring smooth coordination.
Assist the office manager with day-to-day tasks including: data entry, invoicing, estimates and permits.
Help manage office email communications.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
3+ years of office or admin experience (service or construction industry experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Work Environment:
Full-time, on-site position
Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30
